Can I purchase a new Membership at the same time as other items and receive the discount?
Yes. You can purchase a new Membership or renew an expired Membership along with purchasing other items and apply the Member Discount to those items. The discount can be applied only if the Membership and the items are on the same receipt OR you submit two orders within the same timeframe. If separate orders, it is best to submit the Membership order first.

I purchased/renewed a Membership offline, but have not received my card. Can I receive the discount?
Yes. If you applied for a new Membership over the phone or through the mail and have not yet received your card, please indicate this in the comments section when you submit your order.

Can I gift a membership to friend/family and apply the discount towards other items at the same time if the items are for them?
No. You must have a membership in your name to apply the discount.

Will you verify my Membership before processing my order?
Yes. Memberships will be checked before orders are processed.

What items are excluded from the discount?
Discount does not apply toward Shipping and Handling, the purchase of Memberships, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates or Animal Adoptions. Select Event Tickets may also be excluded.
