Mailing Merchandise Returns

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Webkinz and Zoo Memberships can not be returned. You may return unopened and unworn shopzootopia.com merchandise at the Zootopia store or by mailing it to the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. Please include a copy of your packing slip. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item and issued a Great Plains Zoo Gift Card for the amount.

In Store Merchandise Returns

To return or exchange any unopened and unworn shopzootopia.com merchandise at the Zootopia store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item and issued an Great Plains Zoo Gift Card for the amount. Shipping is not refunded.
